Further to the  meeting held on 8 May 2014, Carlo Junghanns succeeds Giorgio Rupnik in the role of President.

The new President and all the Members thank the outgoing President for his substantial efforts in progressing the Association, which brings together leading national and international paint manufacturing companies, both for real estate and industry, operating in Italy with global turnover in excess of €/mln 580 and over 1.700 employees spread amongst approximately 20 plants within the national territory.

The Association, to this day the only of its kind to have adopted an Ethical Code, aims to accurately divulge information regarding the use of paints in both the real estate and industrial sectors, promote rigorous compliance with applicable legislation relating to the protection of public health and health and safety in the workplace, as well as to make concrete contributions, by way of constant technical research carried out by its Members, to the advancement of paint products in Italy and worldwide, thereby strengthening the already remarkable qualitative image of Italian products.
