APPLICATION
Once the base coat has dried completely (8 hours), apply PRECIOUS using the KARMA brush or STARLIGHT brush.
Straight after, while the product is still wet, go over the surface with the FLEX spatula, making sure you criss-cross your strokes to achieve a uniform texture.
For best results, we recommend applying the finish in two coats.
